A 6-week storytelling mentorship for those who know they’ve lived something, and are looking for the language to tell it.
This is part story excavation, part creative practice — a starting point to name what is true, and shape it into something you can actually use: in your content, your work, your voice.
6 online sessions, 90-mins long each - 1 optional week for creative entrepreneurs and leaders.
Teaching, discussion & feedback
Hands-on practice, exploring different forms of writing, curation to production
Final showcase

We will explore:
What makes a story land
The tension between where you’ve been, who you are, and who you are becoming
Identify where your story feels foggy or fractured — and how to begin telling stories from the middle space
-
This week, we start to write.
We will use last week’s map to identify patterns, themes, and language that reflects your lived experience.
Curate a landscape of work, drawing inspiration and find threads of commonality between your story and the ones that inspire you.
You’ll leave with:
A deeper understanding of the experiences shaping your voice
A rough draft of your foundational story & its building blocks
-
Building on the previous week, we’ll explore how to tell honest, vulnerable stories with intention, not emotional dumping.
How do we honor our story without performing it? How do we protect what’s sacred, while still being seen?
You’ll leave with:
A personal “story filter” — your boundaries + values for sharing
Tools for shaping raw experiences into clear, impactful narratives
Guardrails on against self-boasting and narcissism
-
Item description
-
We’ll explore narrative shapes (arcs, loops, fragments) and stylistic choices that feel aligned.
How do you sound when you’re most you?
What’s your rhythm, your phrasing, your flow?
You’ll leave with:
my personal framework for reflection — how to be in the story, without the fear of missing out on capturing the moment
a road map to find your own
-
This week is specially designed for anyone who’s building a business or brand. We take all the principles from weeks 1-5 and put a business perspective on it.
We will explore:Practical examples of building communities through storytelling
The psychology of consumer goods, and the future of branding
my personal framework for businesses looking to build a lasting brand.
You’ll leave with:
Examples of brands (old and new) that are leveraging story to make sales, and build a recession-proof following
A practical framework and next steps your business can take to grow through storytelling
Those not in business can skip this week & continue working on their personal project.
-
Each participant shares a final piece — a story, video, written word, or composition of their choice — to receive feedback + affirmation.
This isn’t performance. This is presence.
We’ll close with reflection, celebration, and next steps for keeping this going.
