About the Role

We’re looking for an apprentice with a deep curiosity around storytelling for the sake connecting with others. This role isn’t about creating flashy or vibey content, but a pathway to understanding how to effectively build a community through honest and personal storytelling.

You’ll learn how to find good stories worth telling, shaping them, and holding space from concept to execution.

Who You Are

• a sense of aesthetic is a bonus, but not a deal breaker.

• resident in Bali (this is an in-person apprenticeship).

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with a mentor on live storytelling projects (brands, campaigns, creative content).

• Assist with filming, drafting scripts, and editing.

• Learn how to use editing softwares like Premiere Pro.

• Explore narrative structures across different mediums (writing, video, audio, brand).
